Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) has recently signed a partnership agreement with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co, the exclusive agent for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Qatar, for supporting two community events and a wider CSR activity on cancer awareness in 2019.
The pact was signed at AZF headquarters by Mohammed Khalifa al Suwaidi, CEO of AZF, and Hisham Saleh al Mana, chairman and managing director of Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.
The signing ceremony was attended by several dignitaries from both sides, including Abdulla Nasser al Naemi, director-general, Aspire Logistics; Mohammed Mubarak al Kuwari, chief marketing officer, AZF; Nasser Abdulla al Hajri, PR and communications director, AZF; Azzam al Mannai, marketing director, AZF. From Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co, Abdullah al Amir, head of public relations; Hussein Wehbe, senior administration manager; Martin Aherne, general manager – automotive; and Omar El Mohtadi, marketing manager – Nissan, attended the event.
This partnership agreement will cement the long-standing collaboration for a third year in a row between the two sides and will provide a framework for supporting future events.
Mohammed Khalifa al Suwaidi said: "The wide range of socially-focused work we undertake with our partners reflects the importance of partnerships between the public and private sectors. The agreement we signed with Saleh Al Hamed Al Mana will provide a broad new framework for further cooperation and will enable us to attract more participants and expand our CSR programmes further.”
Hisham Saleh al Mana said: "We are proud to sponsor Aspire’s events for a 3rd year in a row as part of our group’s core values in promoting healthy living through sports. Supporting CSR initiatives is also a very important aspect we are fully involved in as a way of giving back and engaging with our community in topics that affect the lives of Qataris and expats alike.”
