DOHA: The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' has announced an increase in the percentage of Qatari employees to reach 58% of the total workforce in 2024.
In a social media post on Wednesday, the authority said the increased number of national workforce comes inline with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the National Development Strategy aimed at providing sustainable employment opportunities for Qatari citizensacross various sectors.
Ashghal added that itcontinuously works on offering training programmes, and providing employment opportunities across various fields with the aim of enhancing national capacities and achieving sustainable development.
