The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced that the percentage of Qatari employees in the authority increased to 58 percent of the total number of employees in 2024.
In a social media post on X platform,Ashghal said, “In line with Qatar National Vision 2030 and the National Development Strategy aimed at providing sustainable employment opportunities for Qatari citizens across various sectors, the Public Works Authority announces an increase in the percentage of Qatari employees to reach 58% of the total workforce in 2024.”
Ashghal added that it continuously works on offering training programmes, and providing employment opportunities across various fields with the aim of enhancing national capacities and achieving sustainable development.
