The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipality (MoM), announced the launch of an electronic linking system to update livestock possession data for livestock breeders, with the aim of enhancing digital transformation, improving the quality of services provided to citizens, and facilitating administrative procedures.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry explained that the electronic linking system will allow livestock breeders to update the data of the possession certificate electronically, which will save them the need to visit the Animal Wealth Department at the Ministry of Municipality to obtain a paper certificate, as the Supply and Strategic Stock Department at the MoCI will be provided with this data directly, which will facilitate obtaining subsidized feed.
