Airport Security Department holds workshop on coordination in confronting security risks

DOHA: The Airport Security Department has organised a workshop entitled 'Enhancing Joint Coordination in Confronting Security Risks' in the Al Wajba Hall of the Civil Aviation Authority building, in the presence of Colonel Khamis Mohammed Al Marikhi, Director of the Airport Security Department, and Major Zayed Rashid Al Nuaimi, Assistant Director of the Airport Security Department.

Several department officers and representatives of the entities operating at Hamad International Airport participated in the workshop.

It included a presentation of some previous cases and incidents as lessons learned with the aim of enhancing work procedures and studying and analysing risks and preventive measures to confront security risks.
