Hospitality Development Company (HDC), a subsidiary of United Development Company (UDC) and one of the leading hospitality and fine dining companies in Qatar, is gearing up to host the first-of-its kind live cooking show on The Pearl-Qatar Island, at The Amphitheater, 30 La Croisette, Porto Arabia.
Aisha al Tamimi, one of Qatar’s top chefs and host of prominent TV cooking shows, will be presenting the two-hour event today, February 28, 2019.
Aisha, who had the opportunity to represent Qatar at the global leading Expo Milano 2015, will engage with the audience while preparing her dishes, taking food enthusiasts through an inspirational cooking journey.
In addition to the first event, three other lively culinary shows will be hosted: the first two by the Lebanese Chef Richard Khoury on March 1 and the leading Indian Chef Vineet Bhatia on March 7, 2019.
The last cooking show will be hosted by popular Kuwaiti Chef Fawaz al Omaim on March 8, 2019.
It is worth mentioning that Chef Richard Khoury has hosted cooking shows across numerous TV channels in the Arab world, while award winning Chef Vineet Bhatia has been named as ‘Chef of the Year 2004’.
In addition, Chef Fawaz al Omaim has been recognised for his passion for blending flavours and for being a distinguished social media influencer.
The events will be offering an inspiring journey into the culinary world where chefs will serve their signature dishes and interact with the audience and attendees.
The shows are presented by Hospitality Development Company (HDC).
Following each of the celebrity chefs’ shows, HDC will be presenting selected recipes from their flagship F&B outlets: Burj Al Hamam, Megu, Isla, Urban Jazz Kitchen, Arabesque & Chocolate Bar.
