The festival also introduced its slogan for the year: ‘Shop More, Save More’, encapsulating the spirit of incredible shopping deals and rewarding experiences. One of the evening’s highlights was the announcement of the first lucky winner, who took home a cash prize of QR5,000.
Adding to the grandeur of the evening was a special appearance by Ghanim Al Muftah, Qatar’s inspirational youth icon. His heartfelt words resonated deeply with the audience:
“We pray to God for security, safety, and peace to prevail for our people in Gaza. We do not forget them, and I believe that day will come—the day when peace will once again prevail for our people in Gaza.”
This year’s opening ceremony builds on the legacy of past celebrations. In 2024, the festival wowed audiences with parades, a drone show, and LED dance performances, all held at the Dancing Fountains of Place Vendôme. The tradition of excellence continues in 2025, with even more to offer residents and visitors alike.
