DOHA: On the sidelines of the 14th Conference of Arab Ministers of Education, held in Doha, Minister of Education and Higher Education HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater, met with Director-General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) Dr Mohamed Ould Amar.
The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the organisation in the fields of education, emphasising the importance of the Arabic language and its empowerment, and discussing ways of cooperation in various fields concerned with enhancing its use, in addition to issues of common interest.
