BerlincTypeface:> Borussia Dortmund winger Donyell Malen has reportedly agreed personal terms with Aston Villa on a January transfer to the English Premier League club. Dutch magazine Voetbal International and Germany’s Bild paper reported the agreement on a multi-year contract on Monday but also said that the clubs must still agree on a transfer fee. Villa are said to have offered 18 million euros ($18.5 million) but Dortmund are reportedly demanding at least 25 million euros. The 25-year-old Dutchman moved to Dortmund from PSV Eindhoven in 2021 and has a contract until 2026. But he has struggled for game time under coach Nuri Sahin, who has criticized Malen for his attitude at times. Malen was training in Dortmund on Monday ahead of their Bundesliga restart on Friday against champions Bayer Leverkusen.(dpa)
