Abu Samra recorded the season’s lowest temperature on Monday, reaching 4°C, while Doha recorded 13°C, according to Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD).
The QMD said the weather in the country is relatively cold during the day with some clouds and cold to very cold at night, while the winds are northeasterly to southeasterly, from light to moderate in speed.
Several areas in the country also recorded
lowest temperatures of the season. Karanah recorded 6°C, Turayna and Jumayliyah7°C, and Al Khor, Dukhan, Ghuwayriyah, Shahaniyah, Mukaynis, and Mesaieed8° Celsius.
