Amir sends congratulations to Oman's sultan

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman on the anniversary of assuming the reins of power.
