Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica Kamina Johnson Smith met with Non-resident Ambassador of Qatar to Jamaica HE Rashid Mirza al Mulla in Kingston during his participation in the Diplomatic Week in Jamaica.
