DOHA: Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) has signed a cooperation agreement with the British Embassy to implement a psychosocial support project for Palestinian families hosted by Qatar. The project is being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The cooperation agreement, which was signed by Minister of State for International Cooperation HE Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, stipulated the provision of financial support to enhance the psychosocial health services provided to Palestinians who arrived in the State of Qatar due to the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
The signing ceremony was attended by British Ambassador to the State of Qatar HE Nirav Patel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qatar Red Crescent Yousef bin Ali Al Khater, and several officials.
