DOHA: The joint economic and financial committee of the Qatari-French strategic dialogue has met in Doha.
The Qatari side was headed during the meeting by Assistant Undersecretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance Dr Saud Abdullah Al-Attiyah, while the French side was headed by Head of the Department of Bilateral Affairs and Internationalization of Companies at the Ministry of Economy, Finance, Industry and Digital Sovereignty Magali Cessana.
During the meeting, areas of joint cooperation between the two sides were discussed, on the financial and economic levels, and French-Qatari cooperation in the field of financial support for developing countries.
The areas of investment in strategic sectors, food security, public-private partnerships, and cooperation in the digital sector were also reviewed.
