DOHA: The Shura Council’s Financial and Economic Affairs Committee has held a meeting, chaired by HE Issa bin Ahmed Al-Nasr, Vice Chairman of the Committee.
During the meeting, the Committee continued its study of the general discussion request related to supporting national and foreign investment, in the presence of Saleh Majid Al Khulaifi, Assistant Undersecretary for Industry and Business Development, Ayed Manahi Al Qahtani, Assistant Undersecretary for Trade Affairs, and Hamad Mohammed Al Nasr, Director of the Trade Exchange Development and Investment Promotion Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), who responded to the Committee’s questions and inquiries on the aforementioned topic.
At the end of its meeting, the Committee decided to continue its discussions in a future meeting.
