The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Qualifying and Skills Development Department, participated in the Career Fair organised by Hayat Universal School. The event aimed to provide students with valuable insights into various academic and university disciplines, training courses, and career opportunities, helping them make informed decisions about their future academic and professional paths.

The Ministry’s involvement in the Career Fair aligns with its ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academic education and the labour market, connecting students and graduates with fields of study in high demand within the workforce.

This initiative supports the objectives outlined in the Third National Development Strategy 2024-2030, which seeks to develop an effective, competitive, and productive national workforce to meet the needs of the private sector.

During the fair, officials from the Qualifying and Skills Development Department provided students with comprehensive information, including detailed explanations on promising university disciplines, professional readiness programmes, summer training opportunities, and vocational training initiatives.

These programmes are designed to equip students with the skills and qualifications needed to successfully enter the job market.
