Secretary- General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al Hammadi held on Tuesday a farewell ceremony in honour of the Ambassador of Afghanistan to Qatar HE Faizullah Kakar and Ambassador of Liberia HE John Akel Ballout Jnr on the occasion of the end of their tenure in the country.
