Held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Ali bin Ahmed al Kuwari inaugurated the 16th edition of Project Qatar on Monday. The ceremony opened the doors on Qatar’s biggest and longest running exhibition specialising in construction and all related industries. Kuwari then toured the four exhibition halls occupying a floorspace of 23,264 sqm and met with representatives of over 500 international and local brands from 33 countries. He also visited the exhibition’s 15 official national pavilions representing countries such as China, Turkey, Italy, Algeria, and Germany. This year’s event welcomes the biggest international participation at Project Qatar to date.
