World Cup fans with Hayya Cards can apply for a 60-day, multiple entry visa to enter Saudi Arabia, at least 10 days before the event starts in Qatar, its foreign ministry announced on Wednesday.Previous entry to Qatar is not a requirement to enter Saudi Arabia, but a medical insurance is mandatory, it said.
