SM Development Corporation (SMDC), a premier residential real estate developer in the Philippines, will be holding financial literacy and real estate investment seminar at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Doha on May 24.
SMDC is the real estate arm of SM Group of Companies, one of the largest Philippine conglomerates with interests in shopping mall development and management, retail, real estate development, banking and tourism.
The event is aimed at educating overseas Filipinos based in Qatar in properly managing their finances, building their own business and helping them plan their future through passive income.
“OFWs or the bagong bayani (modern-day heroes) sacrifice a lot to earn and provide for their loved ones back home. We all work hard for money, now is the time to make money work for us,” according to SMDC representatives in Qatar.
