Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced revised operating hours for a number of services during the Holy Month of Ramadan. All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals, including Paediatric Emergency Centres, will continue to operate as normal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The changes will primarily affect several services delivered remotely via the National Healthcare Helpline (16000), which will continue to operate 24/7. To access these services, individuals can call 16000, select their preferred language, and then follow the prompts to reach the required service.

The Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline (16060) will also remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Outpatient Department (OPD) clinics will operate as usual, alongside the Urgent Consultation Service, from 9am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday. The HMC Urgent Consultation Service can be accessed by calling 16000, selecting the language, then choosing option 3 for HMC, and option 1 for Urgent Consultation.

The Mental Health Helpline will continue to operate from 8am to 6pm, Saturday to Thursday. To access this service, callers can dial 16000, select the language, choose option 3 for HMC, and option 4 for the Mental Health Helpline.

The Pharmacy Medication Delivery Service will be available from 9am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday. Patients can call 16000, select their language, then choose option 3 for HMC, followed by option 2 for Medication Delivery.

The Qatar National Blood Donor Centre will operate from Sunday to Thursday between 8am and 1pm, and from 6pm to 12am. It will remain closed on Fridays and open on Saturdays from 6pm to 12am.

The HMC Clinic at Sealine will open on Thursdays and Fridays from 2pm to 2am, and on Saturdays from 10am to 10pm.

The Clinical Imaging Call Centre will continue to operate from Sunday to Thursday between 8am and 6pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. For booking inquiries or rescheduling, patients can contact 16060 at any time or send a message via WhatsApp to 44393377.

Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services will be available as usual via 16060 from 9am to 2pm, Sunday to Thursday. To access this service, callers can dial 16060, select their language, choose option 4 for Therapeutic Dietetics and Nutrition Services, and then select option 1 to follow up on dietary supplement orders.
