The Qatari Armed Forces concluded participation in the Khaan Quest 2019 military exercise, which lasted for 15 days in Mongolia. The exercise, which saw the presence of 47 countries, was one of the important military drills aimed at qualifying officers and personnel for peacekeeping operations. Minister of Defence of Mongolia Nyamaagiin Enkhbold, Military Police Commander Brigadier General HE Mohammad Meshi al Ahbabi, Chairman of the cooperation committee Brigadier General HE Mohammad Hassan al Thawadi, and a number of senior officers and guests from brotherly and friendly countries attended the closing ceremony. On the sidelines of the closing ceremony, Ahbabi met with Enkhbold and Chief of the General Staff of the Mongolian Armed Forces Major General Ayush Ganbat. They discussed the cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries. (QNA)
