Ooredoo Myanmar recently upgraded My Ooredoo app with new and exciting features designed to give its user top-end experience.
One of the highlights is its digital care service that enables customers to report any issues that they may be experiencing, without the need to contact the callcentre.
With this feature, issues are recorded online on the app, fast tracking the complaint-resolution process with quicker response.
Ooredoo Myanmar customers need to log into My Ooredoo App, go to Contact Us/Support, click on the ‘Report an Issue’ option, enter user information such as name, issue, date, time and select the topic of their concerns such as network, billing/balance, top up, products or services. Once submitted, a customer service executive will follow up with providing the resolution shortly via the Live Chat within the app.
“Ooredoo Myanmar is continuously working to improve customer experience by providing digital innovations and continuous improvements to our products and services. ‘Report an Issue’ has been added to ensure customers have the most efficient 24/7 customer care service. This feature will help them save them time and report any issues on the go,” said Alok Verma, chief commercial officer, Ooredoo Myanmar.
Ooredoo customers can dial *565#, download My Ooredoo App and utilise the new features.
