Buenos AIRES: Argentine prosecutors on Tuesday applied to open court proceedings against 10 fugitives from justice in relation to a bomb attack on a Jewish community centre in Buenos Aires that claimed scores of lives in 1994.
The lead prosecutor in the case has applied to the federal court to make use of a new law that allows court proceedings to go ahead with the accused outside the country.
