Estithmar Holding has announced the successful conclusion of its ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meeting with the election of a new board of directors for the 2025–2028 term, comprising a total of 11 members — seven non-independent and four independent members.
Among the non-independent members elected for the next three years are Mohamed Moutaz Mohamed Raslan Al Khayyat, Ramez Mohamed Raslan Al Khayyat, Khalid Ghanim Sultan Al Hodeifi Al Kuwari, Hamad Ghanim Sultan Al Hodeifi Al Kuwari, Eyad Ihsan Abdulrahim representing Urbacon Trading & Contracting, Khaled Al Non, and Mohamad Mohamad Sadiq Al Dawamneh representing H Collective Holding (formerly Highness Holding).
The general assembly also confirmed four independent members who bring a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. These include Sheikh Suhaim bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Abdulla Darwish Al Darwish, Dr Bothaina Hassan Al Ansari and Ibrahim Abdulla Ali Al Abdulla.
