According to Borikar, a lot many people have moved into Lusail and many more are waiting to complete their current lease contracts as demand for rental houses has migrated from crowded areas to well-planned areas, from Doha downtown to bit far but ingenious developments. Lusail City has come as freshness in Qatar’s real estate sector,” he said. As far as the residential units are concerned, currently the apartments and villas are available in three districts of Lusial City like Marina, Fox Hills, and Entertainment City. "Lusail is coming up as most desirable locations with the affordable rental rates and choices of apartments ranging from studio to 4 bedroom penthouse,” he said. "An average monthly rental rate of Studio is QR 4,000, 1BR apartment is QR5,500, 2BR apartment is QR 6,000 and 3BR apartment QAR 9,000,” he said.
