The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will implement a temporary closure along approximately 500 metres on Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street starting from Al Wedyaan Street in the direction towards Al Amir Street.
The opposite lane will still be open for traffic.
In coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, the temporary closure will be implemented on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 until November 30, 2019 to facilitate completion of infrastructure service lines upgrading works as part of Improvement of Main Roads in Al Nasr Area Project.
During the period, motorists on Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street will be required to use the traffic signal at the intersection of Mohamed Bin Al Qassim and Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Streets to turn right or left then get onto a parallel road to Al Mirqab Al Jadeed Street to reach Al Amir Street.
