The area, which includes an unique 9-meter UFC GYM octagon, aims to challenge the most experienced athletes while also creating athletic inclusiveness through innovative programming for all ages and abilities, including exclusive youth programs for children aged 4 and up.UFC GYM Qatar has a dedicated strength, cardio, and resistance equipment room developed particularly for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA training, as well as boxing, kickboxing, fight-fit, group workouts, personal training sessions, and more. It also has a fully functional freestyle fitness room with UFC GYM’s Daily Ultimate Training (DUT).
