Qatar Financial Centre has revamped its customer operations to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. The improvement demonstrates the QFC’s continued commitment to providing premium customer support.
The latest developments included expansion of talent and new partnerships.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to provide world-class services, we have recently partnered with Vistas Global to manage our Customer Experience Centre. This partnership will bring to fruition QFCA’s vision of providing best in class single window lifecycle management to our customers,” QFC said in a statement on Wednesday.
From seamless Omni-channel customer interaction to efficient processing of customer transactions and back office, Vistas will be responsible for the operations and management of this centralised unit.
This partnership is aligned with QFC Authority’s strategic objective of providing the best in class services and innovative solutions to its customer base.
Vistas is the largest local service provider, which designs, develops and manages technology-driven operations management across a diversified client-base. As a multifaceted company, it provides agile and quality-driven models to meet varying customer needs in a fast-changing market.
