Al Waseef Asset Management has successfully renewed its In-Country Value (ICV) Certification, granted by the National Program for Localization

(Tawteen).

The certification is awarded to companies whose operations actively contribute to the growth of the national economy. The renewal was secured after meeting all requirements and standards set by Ernst & Young (E&Y), one of the world’s leading professional services firms and an independent certification body accredited by the Tawteen program.

As part of the certification renewal process, Waseef significantly improved its ICV classification score—from 36.57% in 2023 to an impressive 68.79%. This advancement was based on data from the ICV suppliers’ database and calculated using rigorous methodologies that evaluate the services and incentives provided by Waseef.

The achievement reflects the company’s strong commitment to delivering modern real estate solutions in asset and facilities management, along with high-quality maintenance services, while adhering to global standards and industry best practices.

This milestone highlights Waseef’s role in advancing nationalization and sustainability goals and reflects its continued efforts to strengthen its leadership position by providing top-tier services to clients.

It also supports the company’s broader strategy to create added value within the real estate sector.

Moreover, this accomplishment reinforces Waseef’s commitment to transparency and institutional excellence, adding to its proven track record in managing, operating, and maintaining diverse real estate assets. It aligns with the company’s strategic objectives to support Qatar’s economic growth and contribute to the development of the real estate sector, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.

Waseef’s services play a crucial role in meeting these standards. Its dedicated professional team conducts daily inspections and scheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across all managed properties. The department also oversees essential services such as security, cleaning, pest control, and landscape maintenance, ensuring operational excellence in both public and private sector projects.

This achievement further solidifies Waseef’s position as an industry leader and reaffirms its commitment to client satisfaction, sustainable development, and national progress.
