As part of its expansion plans, Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) has opened a new branch in Madinat Khalifa area.
The launch of the Madinat Khalifa Branch was announced at a ceremony attended by Qatar Post Chairman and Managing Director Faleh al Naemi as well as several senior officials, departmental heads and directors.
The latest branch opening is part of a transformation drive that Qatar Post has undertaken since it launched its nationwide re-branding campaign two years ago when several branches were re-opened with state-of-the-art facilities and many products and services were introduced to usher in the next digitised growth era for the company.
Hamad Mohd al Fahida, Qatar Post COO, said: “Since it first launched in the market, Qatar Post’s vision was to evolve and transform far beyond the leading national postal services company it is today. We strived to build, scale and transform our organisation to architect seamless experiences around people first. With great focus and agility, this vision has since given birth and breadth to a number of products and services that helped our customers in their daily lives, and more so, became an integral part of them.
“Our efforts were directed toward a sustainable postal network powered by partnerships in and outside of Qatar, as well as by our growing footprint in the country. We will continue to invest our resources in connecting our customers with what matters most to them, and in bringing the world to their doorstep.”
