Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met with Foreign Ministry’s Secretary of the Middle East, Europe and Africa of Brazil, Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nobrega, in Doha on Wednesday.
