The Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani issued on Thursday the Amiri Decision No. 45 of 2019 appointing Abdullah Mohammed Ahmed Yousef al Sayed as the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Rwanda.
The Amir also issued the Amiri Decision No 46 of 2019 appointing Mohammed bin Jaham al Kuwari as the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Germany.
The decisions are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette. (QNA)
