Speaker of the Shura Council HE Ahmed bin Abdallah bin Zaid al Mahmoud met with Speaker of the National Assembly of Djibouti Mohamed Ali Houmed, on the sidelines of his participation in the 42nd Conference of Speakers of Parliaments of the African Parliamentary Union (APU), in Djibouti on Tuesday.
During the meeting, they reviewed the parliamentary relations between the two countries and discussed the important topics on the agenda of the conference.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Qatari-Djiboutian Friendship Committee Saqr bin Fahd al Meraikhi, a number of the Shura Council’s members and Charge d’affaires at the Qatar Embassy in Djibouti HE Faisal bin Rashid al Nuaimi. (QNA)
