The President of Singapore HE Halimah Yacob received the credentials of HE Saoud Jassim al Jufairi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Singapore. During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to the President of Singapore, and his wishes for the Singaporean people to achieve more progress and prosperity.
On her part, the President of Singapore entrusted the ambassador with her greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and the Qatari people continuous progress, development and prosperity. The president also wished the ambassador success in carrying out his duties, assuring him of providing all support to advance the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
