With fewer than 80 days to go for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, a new tourism project is getting set for launch ahead of the sporting spectacle. Works of the West Bay North Beach, covering 40,000 square metres of a premium beachfront in the heart of Doha, is currently under way, according to Qatar Tourism. The development's public and private beaches will offer three distinct experiences, with a wide variety of food and beverage offerings. It is being developed to create an exciting city-beach experience for everyone to enjoy, Qatar Tourism said.
