Ever since Al Qaim opened its doors to public in Al Meshaf, Al Wakra, the outlet is receiving an overwhelming response from its multinational clientele.
"We opened the restaurant with an aim to offer authentic Pakistani cuisine. Our concept was to introduce unique flavours from different parts of Pakistan in a semi fine dine environment. We endeavoured to provide food with rich and exotic flavours in a very economical way while keeping the high standards of hospitality and customer care. The well balanced menu was designed in a way to satisfy the taste buds of people from across the globe,” said restaurant owner Sardar Hassan Raza.
The restaurant’s signature dish is daigi type biryani while other specialties includes mutton/chicken karahi, nihari, haleem, paya.
The outlet’s menu covers a wide variety of distinctive curries, barbecue and rice items with varied spice levels. Curries include a large selection of chicken and lamb items, which are exclusive in the town. All the dishes are diligently prepared by experienced chefs and cooks and freshly served with oven hot naan or roti.
"We use fresh chicken and meat having green stamp, a proof that the animals have been slaughtered in Qatar. We also use fresh vegetables and best quality spices,” said Raza.
"We have experienced chefs from Karachi, Gujranwala and Peshawar to prepare dishes to suit every palate. We have a tandoor specialist who prepares roghni naan, plain naan,
tandoori roti, plain paratha, alu paratha, qeema naan and qeema paratha,” added Raza.
Free home delivery services are available in Al Wakra and Ezdan area. Delivery to Doha is also available for bulk orders.
Special breakfast menu is served on every Friday and Saturday from 7.30 am to 11.30 am.
