Ezdan to open ‘Al Janoub Gardens’ project for leasing by year-end

Ezdan Real Estate Company has announced that the company’s latest multi-purpose ‘Al Janoub Gardens’ project will be open for leasing by the end of this year.The ‘Al Janoub Gardens’ project will include residential and commercial units comprising more than 2,368 various-sized fully furnished apartments, in addition to 240 retail outlets. The project also features a huge number of parking spaces for residents and visitors, exceeding 4,400 external parking lots and basement floors, as well as mosques, kids’ play areas, and about 10 swimming pools. —Satyendra Pathak page 8
