The marketing team at Nando’s Qatar has won Nando’s Partner of The Year 2019-20 award.
Throughout the year, Nando’s runs various programmes to recognise and reward the contribution of its people in driving desired business practices and results. One such programme is the Partner of The Year award, which run across their eleven franchise markets around the world.
The programme has five key business pillars - People, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing - with each pillar receiving an award for excellence. This year, Nando’s Qatar marketing team secured the award for the Marketing pillar.
Sumit Ranjan, head of Marketing, Nando’s Qatar, said: “We keep Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family - the Nando’s values - at the core of everything we do. Winning any pillar is a challenging, yet motivating exercise. At the end of the day, all efforts that go in must create a memorable brand experience that Nando’s promises to its customers. From keeping our menu contemporary to launching appealing promotions, or even helping craft creative business solutions that are as exciting as our PERi-PERi flavours, it is all part of living the brand every single day.”
