Al Ahed Holding Company successfully implemented SAP S/4 HANA system in Al Ahed Trading and Contracting Company, which is one of the subsidiary companies, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Live implementation of SAP S/4 HANA was done in April 2020 in DOPET, one of its subsidiary companies. Despite COVID-19 and market challenges the company succeeded in implementing SAP in record time and is considered one of the first EPIC companies in Qatar to implement SAP S/4 HANA.
Jaber bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti, Al Ahed Chairman, stated, "Al Ahed Holding has embarked on transformation process to equip itself for the upcoming large projects in the field of oil, gas and North Field expansion.”
Jassim Mohammad al Mansoori, CEO, said, "This project comes within the company’s transformation program, which is based on three main pillars, namely the strategy, attracting qualified talents and the third is an integrated digital information system. The relationship with the customer base, through improving operational efficiency and distinction, speed of project completion and increasing the company’s financial performance. This program contributes effectively to setting the wheel of digital transformation at the national level and achieving Vision 2030.”
I Horizon Qatar and the Highbar India conducted the process of business process reengineering with objective of improving operational efficiency, lean management, and excellency.
