The Ministry of Defence on Wednesday concluded the Infantry Competition for the Armed Forces for the year 2020, which was held for the 43rd time in a row.
The competition was held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, in the presence of Chief of Staff HE Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem.
Twelve units from different the armed forces formations participated in the competition, which was supervised by the Armed Forces Performances and Music Center.
The General Command Support Force won first place in the overall evaluation of the competition, while the Armed Forces Music Battalion Parade Center won second place and the Military Police unit came third.
