In line with Qatar’s efforts to increase Qatarisation in private sector jobs, the Mazaya Real Estate Development Company has appointed nationals.
While Abdullah Mohammed Al-Sulaiti has been appointed as a business development specialist, Mariam Abdullah Al Mansouri has been recruited as a a marketing specialist.
Sulaiti holds an MBA from the University of Northampton (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor of Geography and Urban Planning from Paris Sorbonne University (United Arab Emirates).
He has worked for several years in public relations at the Qatar Anti-Doping Laboratory and has also served as program memanager at Silatech.
Mansouri holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University Qatar in Fine Arts. She has worked in the field of design, marketing and artistic output in the government and private sectors.
“Mazaya Real Estate Development Company seeks to build highly professional and efficient Qatari workforce to support its growth,” said Managing Director Eng. Ibrahim Bin Jaham Al-Kuwari.
“The appointments are in line with a plan set by the Board of Directors to support Qatar’s policy to increase Qatarization in jobs in the private sector. We are continuing to attract young and promising Qatari cadres in the company, and we are very confident in the capabilities and skills of the Qatari cadres in supporting the development and growth approach of the company.”
