A Qatar-Turkey Joint Technical Committee, which was formed in accordance with an agreement to bring skilled Turkish workers to Qatar, held its second meeting through videoconference on Wednesday. The two sides discussed ways to make use of skilled workers from Turkey in Qatar, as well as the organisation of an employment fair in which Turkey will showcase the Turkish labour skills suitable for the Qatari labour market. The two sides also exchanged the best experiences of the two countries in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and the most important steps taken to limit the spread of the pandemic and its effects. (QNA)
