President of the Republic of Ecuador Guillermo Lasso met Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Sunday. During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries, especially in the field of investment, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of common interest. Moreover, the meeting touched on preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
