The first batch of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) has received COVID-19 vaccine on Tuesday. Qatar started its biggest vaccination programme against the infection on Dec 23 and is currently immunising people in the priority group — healthcare workers, the elderly and people with chronic diseases.
