Budding artists of DPS-Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS) won laurels in the 14th Toyota Dream Car Art Contest organised by Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB) recently.
It was the largest art competition at the national level for children under the age of 15 years, aiming at exploring their creative and unique ideas to visualise their future dream car that benefits society.
Two of DPS-MIS students emerged as winners in the competition: Palak Banzal of class 3-J bagged the first prize in category 2 (8-11 years) and Shreyas Ghosh of class 9-A bagged the third prize in category 3 (12-15 years).
"The art competition was an enriching and motivating experience for the children, providing them with good exposure to showcase their creative skills and develop a healthy spirit of competition,” saidn Asna Nafees, principal of DPS-MIS.
