Katara Hospitality in deal with Accor to open Raffles and Fairmont hotels

Katara Hospitality, a leading global hotel owner, developer and operator based in Qatar, has entered into a new partnership with Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, with the two-fold signing of Raffles and Fairmont hotels in Qatar. The management agreement was signed by Katara Hospitality Chairman Sheikh Nawaf bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani and Accor Chairman & CEO Sébastien Bazin. The agreement consolidates the long-standing partnership between Accor and Katara Hospitality, which owns several landmark hotels managed by Accor. (TNN)
