The Ezdan Holding Group on Monday announced that the company registered profit of QR347.94 million for 2020 compared to QR309.29 million in 2019.
The Group’s earnings per share (EPS) in 2020 stood at QR0.013 compared to QR0.012 in the previous year. The Group generated revenues of QAR1.4 billion in 2020 compared to QR1.66 billion in the previous year.
The Board of Directors has recommended no dividends for 2020 and recommendation for the same will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Assembly meeting.
Ezdan announced that Investor Relations’ Conference will be held via a conference call to review the financial results of the company on March 31.
