The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Tuesday signed three deals worth QR172.287 million with Qatari companies on the sidelines of Milipol Qatar 2021.
In a press conference, Assistant Director-General of Logistics Department of the Ministry of Interior and a member of Milipol Qatar Committee Brig Saud Rashid Al Shafi said the three deals were for the purchase of equipment serving the ministry.
Brig Al Shafi stated that the MoI has signed a deal to purchase some equipment and traffic devices maintenance at a value of QR3.586 million.
The MoI also signed a contract with a Qatari company to purchase 57 fire-extinguishing vehicles at a value of QR161.875 million, in addition to the third contract with another Qatari company for the maintenance of security vehicles tracking system for QR6.826 million.
