The Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA) signed a cooperation and understanding agreement with its Russian counterpart furthering the aim friendship and distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries. Commenting on the agreement, QVA President Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari, said: "During the visit, we reviewed the infrastructure, including facilities for the World Volleyball Championship which will be held in Russia in 2022, and discussed issues of developing the sport of volleyball and beach
